This website is for adults to purchase Santa letters for their family and friends.  This website is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

North Pole Letters and Keepsakes has the right to edit, or delete any customized Santa letter, Rudolph letter, Alabaster Snowball letter or Sugarplum Mary letter that we consider violent, alcohol/drug related, profane, obscene or sexual in content.

The customer must agree to be fully responsible for any customized Santa letter, Rudolph letter, Alabaster Snowbell letter or Sugarplum Mary letter that you submit for order.

We will not change or correct any misspelled words, grammar or content. It will be printed just as you have written it.  Therefore, please review your letter carefully to ensure it is exactly the way you wish before it is submitted.

To ensure a timely delivery, there may be times when we may need to substitute the stationery that your letters are printed on due to a high volume of sales.  Since all the optional gifts are handmade with the exception of the books, we may have to substitute a different ribbon, key or whistle or bell to ensure a timely delivery.  If there is ever a need to substitute, it will always be of equal or greater value.  We will never compromise the quality of the gifts.
