How do I get a refund?
To receive a refund, return the entire unopened letter/package including any optional gifts to our office by January 15.  Once we receive the package, we will refund your money less any shipping costs.  Please contact us using the customer service contact form at the Contact link to let us know that you will be returning your letter/package, and that you are requesting a full refund.  Provide the reason for returning the package and be sure to include your order/transaction ID.

If my letter arrives after Christmas, can I get a refund?
Yes.  During the month of December all letters are mailed within 24 hours; however, due to the large amount of mail that USPS must process during the month of December, things do happen that are beyond our control.  To receive a refund, return your entire unopened package to our office by January 15 for a full refund less any shipping cost.  Once we receive the package, we will refund your money.  Please contact us using the customer service form to let us know you will be returning the package, and that you are requesting a full refund.  Provide the reason you are returning the package and be sure to include your order/transaction ID.

Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes.  If you or your child is not completely satisfied with the Santa Letter or any of the optional gifts, we offer a 15 day (from the day of delivery) return policy.  Simply send your letter/package back, and we will refund your purchase in full less any shipping costs.
