Can I send a letter to an adult?
Yes. You may send a letter to an adult; in fact, we offer one template for a letter to an adult that you may customize.  However, please remember this website is primarily a children’s Santa letter website.  In no way will we permit or allow any adult content.  Adult content includes violence, drugs, alcohol, smoking, profanity, and sexual content among other considerations.  We reserve the right to refuse to send any letters containing what we consider to be adult content.

Can I send a letter explaining to a child that Santa is not a real person?
No.Again this is primarily a children’s website designed to bring smiles and happiness to children. We would never tell a child that Santa is not real or that he won’t be delivering any presents this Christmas or in the future. The explanation of whether Santa is real or not should be left up to the parents or guardians.  If you believe, the spirit of Christmas will always be with you.
