My Dearest (Name),
Merry first Christmas to you, (Name). I know you are too young to understand how wonderful the Christmas season is, but your first Christmas is the most special Christmas ever for you and your entire family. I know your (Parent 1) and (Parent 2) and grandparents are so excited to celebrate your first Christmas. The happiness that you bring to them is the greatest gift of all.
All new babies start out at the very top of my nice list. On Christmas Eve, I love delivering presents to all my good girls and boys. So I will be sure to have plenty of stuffed animals, rattles and cuddly toys to leave under your Christmas tree. Then on Christmas morning, your (Parent 1) and (Parent 2) will help you open your presents and surprises. Since it is your very first Christmas, I want to make it special for you. I also will be leaving presents for (Name) because (she/he) has been a very good (sister/brother) this year.
As you get older, you will learn many awesome things about the magic of Christmas. To stay at the top of my nice list, you will have to listen to (Parent 1) and (Parent 2) and learn to be kind and thoughtful to your family and friends. But for now, being a sweet baby (girl/boy) is just fine.
Well, I better go check on the elves and make sure they are hard at work in the toy workshop. I am looking forward to bringing you presents when I fly into (City, State) on Christmas Eve. I hope you get a good nights sleep so you will be happy and ready to have fun on Christmas morning. I will tiptoe into your room on Christmas Eve to see you sleeping. Babies just make Christmas so special. I don’t want to wake you so I will be sure to tell Rudolph and the other reindeer not to make too much noise prancing around on your roof and ringing the jingle bells on my sleigh.
Since it is your first Christmas, I want to let you know that you should leave out milk and cookies for me and carrots for the reindeer.
Merry Christmas (Name) and welcome to the world. Babies are such a blessing.
