Your order cannot be cancelled if the letter has already been printed and shipped. If you need to cancel before shipment, please contact us immediately using the customer service form.
Keep in mind that in the month of December, letters are shipped every 24 hours, so contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order/transaction number with your request. If your order has already shipped, I will issue a refund less any shipping cost if the unopened letter/package is returned to me by January 15.
